My friend, began an website for Evansville, Indiana. On the site you will find news and entertainment. It is a way for people to stay updated in the community and be able to find new things to do on their night (or day!) out on the town. He even does interviews within the community. Moreover, you are able to contribute as well by sending in ideas you have about what can be covered for entertainment. Is something coming up about that you want to get the word out about or you think would be enjoyable for many? Theatre, arts, lecture, music, fundraisers, etc? You can e-mail it in and it is likely to appear on the site. If you are a member of flickr and add a picture of Evansville or immeadiate surrounding area, please be sure to tag it "itsevansville".
